beautiful and brilliant! I love how you've captured the airy feeling of the reading room's dome. I would've liked to have seen the dome being more centralized but I think given the circumstances the off-centre framing making it more eye-catching. Great job!

@Wayne: Hi Wayne - Thanks! At first I was disappointed that I couldn't get the dome in the center of the frame but once I started working with the iamge I realized dome neing off center wasn't a bad thing.
Vraiment impresionnant cette lumière qui se diffuse sur les tranches dorées... Bravo et merci pour cette superbe photo!

@André: Merci! Je pense que je comprends vos commentaires. :)
This image is very pleasing to the eye. I like how you balanced the light. One would think that to be a difficult task not to leave the dome dark with that central illumination. Nice work.

@Fred: Thank you! I did do some post processing work to create more light in the dome. No flash allowed in the library so I tried to make up for it.
Nice detail shot, i wish I could find places around here to do this kind of work, perhaps I need to take a vacation or something.

@Rene: Hey, I had to go to London to get this shot. There are few places like this around Atlanta.
